fix(channels): close Slack webhook response body to prevent connection leak

sendWebhookMessage called slackHTTPClient.Do(req) but never closed resp.Body, leaking the response body on every successful webhook call and preventing HTTP connection reuse. The Bot API path (sendBotMessage) already closed its response correctly; this brings the webhook path into parity. Add defer resp.Body.Close() after the Do() error check, matching the pattern used elsewhere in the file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
