Merge branch 'main' into fix/canvas-tier-config-v2

Vitest's toHaveProperty is string-keyed; TypeScript strict mode with
noPropertyAccessFromIndexSignature rejects numeric literal keys on
Record<number, TIER_CONFIG_LEVEL>.
