Summary

pr_section_marker for memory-consulted was "Memory/saved-feedback consulted" which normalizes to "memory-saved-feedback-consulted" — NOT "memory-consulted" (the config slug). This causes /sop-ack N/A declarations to never register for the memory-consulted item.

Fix: set pr_section_marker to "Memory consulted" which normalizes exactly to "memory-consulted".

informational signal. Commit status should not FAIL when body-missing
if all required acks are present.

Fixes: PRs #1969, #1968, #1951 showing sop-checklist FAIL despite

The pr_section_marker "Memory/saved-feedback consulted" normalizes to
"memory-saved-feedback-consulted" which does not match the config slug
"memory-consulted". This causes /sop-ack N/A declarations to never

"missing" count.

Fix: set pr_section_marker to "Memory consulted" which normalizes to
"memory-consulted" and matches the config slug exactly.

REQUEST_CHANGES after 5-axis review on current head e90651f77b.

Correctness: changing the memory-consulted section marker to Memory consulted matches the stated slug-normalization fix. However, this PR also includes the render_status() behavior change from the companion SOP fix, so the scope is no longer only the marker config.

Robustness: the directly relevant Ops Scripts Tests / Ops scripts (unittest) status is failing on this head. Since the PR changes .gitea/scripts/sop-checklist.py and .gitea/sop-checklist-config.yaml, that lane needs to be green or proven unrelated before approval.

Security: no credential/auth surface change found.

Performance: no performance concern; the changes are constant-time config/status logic.

Readability: the marker fix is clear, but bundling the render_status change makes the PR overlap with #1974.

Please either split to the marker-only fix or keep the combined scope but get the ops script test lane green.

REQUEST_CHANGES on current head 9ebb94427e. The section-marker rename itself is small, but this PR also changes sop-checklist.py so missing_body no longer makes render_status fail. That weakens SOP checklist gate behavior by allowing fully-acked PRs to pass with required body sections unfilled, without an accompanying policy/test update. Current tests still assert body-unfilled must fail, and the relevant Ops Scripts Tests / Ops scripts (unittest) status is failing on this head. BP-required contexts are green, but this is not clean/no-regression.
