Trivial README addition to force CI re-run after runner degradation. No code changes.

Root cause: Gitea act_runner was degraded for ~6.5 hours (per #1506). When CI/Canvas ran at 11:37Z post-recovery, it failed at npm install in ~3s — likely stale runner state. This commit re-runs CI with a fresh runner.
