Summary

CI/Canvas (Next.js) job failing on main 41c2258043 since 11:37Z 2026-05-18.

Symptoms

  • CI/Canvas fails in ~3s
  • Blocks CI/all-required → queue frozen
  • Runner is healthy (queue bot running normally)

Investigation

  • Runner recovered ~11:20Z from ~6.5h degradation
  • Failing commit: 41c22580 (feat(canvas): always-visible Agent Abilities toggles in ConfigTab)
  • Actions API inaccessible (token lacks workflow scope)
  • Cannot retrieve job logs without operator/Gitea UI

Next steps

  1. Get CI/Canvas job logs via Gitea UI or workflow-scoped token
  2. Identify failing step (npm install / build / vitest)
  3. Fix root cause
  4. Re-trigger CI/all-required on main
