Ack should mean the poll-mode agent consumed the upload, not that refreshed canvas history can no longer preview/download it. This keeps GetContent readable for acked-but-not-expired rows; the existing sweeper ack-retention still reclaims bytes.

Verification:

  • cd workspace-server && go test ./internal/pendinguploads ./internal/handlers
