Summary

  • retry HTTP 503 native-session busy responses during the first A2A smoke turn
  • honor the adapter retry shape with a 30s wait instead of failing after the first busy response

Evidence

  • Post-controlplane-fix manual staging smoke reached the runtime and returned {busy:true, native_session:true, retry_after:30}; the E2E stopped because the retry matcher only covered unreachable/cold-start 503s.
