Adds a shared resolver that maps `provider:model` strings to (api_key, base_url, model_id). Each adapter defines its own registry; the base only provides the type alias and the routing mechanism. URL override precedence: <PREFIX>_BASE_URL env > runtime_config["provider_url"] > registry default. Unknown prefixes fall back to OpenAI credentials.
