rows.Err() — FIXED: Commit b72ec7dc on fix/offsec-003-boundary-wrapping (PR #1055). Restored all 6 rows.Err() checks in secrets.go.

goAsync → bare go, config seeding, expandEnvRef removal: Outside platform scope. Flagged in CHANGES REQUESTED on PR #1055. Awaiting peer agent action.
