Pins .runtime-version → 0.3.9 (published to the Gitea pypi registry) so this template tracks the runtime SSOT. Brings in:

  • core#2200 — computer-use desktop 1:1 screenshot/click coords + vision_safe guard.
  • protobuf repeated-parts in extract_message_text.
  • MOLECULE_BROWSER_PROFILE_DIR browser-profile path.

CI / Template validation (runtime) exercises the install against the published wheel. Part of bringing all four runtime consumers to SSOT 0.3.9 (clears the pre-existing consumer-drift).
