Rebuilds the codex template image from HEAD so it carries (a) the
internal#728 Bug2 openai-alias in provider_config.resolve_provider
(maps canonical provider=openai -> openai-subscription/openai-api),
which the live agents were missing because the image predated it, and
(b) runtime 0.3.7 (provider-honoring llm-auth). Auto-cascade was broken
on DISPATCH_TOKEN; bumping manually.
