Documents the final multi-external-workspace local MCP config. Key rules: platform_url selects the tenant, org_id is intentionally omitted, and workspace IDs can differ across orgs. Also adds contributor instructions so future runtime changes do not reintroduce the wrong shape.\n\nVerification:\n- git diff --check
