Same pattern as the other plugin-* sweeps in the internal#37 series. Sync direction discussion: internal#42 — standalone Gitea repo is post-bulk-flip canonical.

  1. Identical to 11 sister plugin PRs — reviewer fatigue is real. Mitigated by: identical shape lets a reviewer pattern-match approval; per-repo audit trail is cleaner than one cross-repo PR.
  2. No clean-state install re-test. Phase 4 E2E (per #37) covers install-critical chain.
  3. No accompanying go.mod / module-path changes. Plugin Go-side concerns deferred to cross-repo Go-module migration PR (per Q5).
