docs: remove internal-only docs from the public docs repo #78

Internal docs belong in the private internal repo, not the public docs site. Removed 15 internal/stale pages (git history retains them):

adr/ADR-001-admin-token-scope — architecture decision record
research/cognee-architecture-deep-dive, research/cognee-isolation-eval — internal evals
incidents/INCIDENT_LOG — internal incident log
adapters/{hermes-recon, hermes-adapter-plan, hermes-adapter-design, medo-integration, medo-smoke-test-log} — internal design / recon / smoke-test docs
architecture/{saas-prod-migration-2026-04-19, staging-environment, canary-release, tenant-image-upgrades} — internal ops / migration notes
migration/a2a-sdk-v0-to-v1 — internal migration note
api/reference — stale duplicate of the canonical /docs/api-reference

Kept public: architecture technical reference (memory, database-schema, event-log, provisioner, overview, workspace-tiers, technology-choices, …), agent-runtime/, api-protocol/, and development/ contributor docs.

Repointed the one inbound link (tutorials/saas-federation → the removed migration note) to the public Provisioner + Workspace Tiers reference. Empty folders dropped. Full-doc internal-link scan: 0 broken; npm run build green.

(Repo-rename ask: chose description-only — but the metadata PATCH needs org-admin rights the bot tokens lack; one-liner handed to the owner separately.)
