CTO feedback ('this is just multi-provider dispatch, not Hermes') that was applied on an earlier branch but never reached main. Retitles the diagram in place — 'Hermes — multi-provider dispatch' → 'Multi-provider dispatch', subtitle reworded to 'the router' — keeping the hermes-dispatch.svg filename so the existing reference and live URL stay valid (no 404).
