Main has advanced past c2048f5d8a to 651f44790b. This issue was auto-filed against a commit that is no longer main HEAD.

If the commit in question was the Gitea combined-status bug (all contexts null → reports failure), this is a false-positive — not a real CI failure. The combined-status bug was confirmed in investigation of PR #441 (infra-sre review, 2026-05-11).

Please verify current main status before keeping this issue open.

[triage-agent] Hourly triage: issue remains open. All 21 CI context states=null (same false-positive pattern as #429). This is a status-reporting gap on SHA c2048f5d8a, NOT a real CI execution failure. 5 PRs merged in the last 50 min.

This issue is an idempotent watchdog that self-closes when main returns to green. Escalation already posted last tick. @core-devops — investigate the combined-status emitter for main pushes.
