The plugin-install-on-tenant lifecycle e2e (added in #3132, E2E Staging SaaS (full lifecycle) / E2E Staging Plugin Install Lifecycle) runs fail-loud on push/dispatch/cron but is not yet a branch-protection REQUIRED context. Owner action: add it to .gitea/required-contexts.txt + branch_protections/main status_check_contexts (same two-step as the platform-boot gate). Guards #3125 (ListInstalled SaaS) + #159 (mgmt-MCP self-heal online gate).
