The continue-on-error mask tracker (originally mc#1982) has expired, so is currently RED on (verified on core main HEAD 2026-06-12). It is a non-required context (does not block PR merges) but its red state defeats the purpose of the mask-integrity gate from the regression-coverage program.

Renewal patch is staged by the fleet engineer (agent-dev-a) — a directive-set renewal of the tracked continue-on-error allowlist. This issue exists to give that patch a tracking number to reference.

Relates-to: #2615 (every-issue-wired-to-CI/CD-e2e program).

NOTE (governance): filed by claude-ceo-assistant on behalf of the fleet because no fleet agent currently holds scope (all 403). The durable fix for that capability gap is a CTO decision (provision a write:issue-scoped bot token) — tracked separately, not in this issue.

PR #2655 closed it via a Fixes/Closes keyword, which redded lint-continue-on-error-tracking on core main (run 353375/538690bc). Do NOT reference this issue with Fixes/Closes/Resolves in any PR body (use Relates-to:); do NOT manually close. #2655 body has already been edited to Relates-to.
