Red cause is the captured/advisory class (Local-Provision-E2E [advisory, operator/staging cp#646] + E2E-Chat [#2506]); KI-013 fixed in #2500; the TestBootstrapFailed Platform-Go race fixed in core#2554. No new/uncaptured cause. Closing as noise (one-per-red-commit auto-fire).
