Red cause is captured/fixed: Local-Provision-E2E (staging/operator cp#646 class) + E2E-Chat (push) tracked by #2506; KI-013 cause fixed in merged #2500. Active causes captured: Railway prod-deploy incident + secret-scan diagnosis + E2E-Chat #2506. Closing as noise (one-per-red-commit auto-fire).
