Summary

  • restore the AWS Secrets Manager janitor hourly schedule
  • force manual dispatch to dry-run because Gitea 1.22.6 has no workflow_dispatch inputs
  • point the workflow at the dedicated staging janitor region/secret names

Ops setup already completed

  • created molecule-secrets-janitor-staging in AWS account 004 with least-privilege Secrets Manager janitor policy
  • stored the dedicated key in Infisical and mirrored it to molecule-core Actions secrets
  • ran one-time cleanup: deleted 4 orphan tenant bootstrap secrets; follow-up dry-run reports 0 pending deletes
