Root Cause

KI-010: workspace ID ws-8dbf4813-8b73-40e0-a6b0-5aa046ea045f truncates to ws-8dbf4813-8b7:8000. All direct A2A to this workspace fails: Post "http://ws-8dbf4813-8b7:8000": connection refused.

QA starts reviews and posts REVIEW IN PROGRESS, but APPROVED comment never arrives via A2A. Gate remains blocked.

  1. Infra: Fix KI-010 workspace ID truncation
  2. Short-term: QA posts APPROVED comments directly on Gitea PRs
  3. Or: QA CCs a workspace that can receive A2A
