docs(canvas): fix Next.js version — 14 → 15.5.15

Canvas runs Next.js 15.5.15 (package-lock.json). Audit doc had
Next.js 14 App Router from before the upgrade. Also add
KeyboardShortcutsDialog.tsx to the directory structure tree.
