test(e2e): give google-adk a hermes-class online window

First cold boot of a google-adk workspace pulls a large fresh ADK image; the default 300s online wait can read a slow first pull as "failed". Bump google-adk's wait to 180 iters (900s), matching the rationale for hermes' extended window. No behavior change for other runtimes.
