test(canvas): add FileEditor + AttachmentLightbox coverage

- FileEditor.test.tsx: 23 cases — empty state, file header, modified
  badge, save button (dirty/enabled/disabled/saving), download button,
  textarea readOnly guard, onChange wiring, Ctrl+S shortcut, loading
  state, success message, Tab key no-crash.

- AttachmentLightbox.test.tsx: 13 cases — null when closed, dialog
  ARIA (role/dialog, aria-modal, aria-label), children rendering,
  close button focus trap, focus restoration, Esc key close,
  click-outside close, stopPropagation on content, cleanup.

* - Null when open=false
* - Renders dialog with correct ARIA roles and label when open
* - Close button present and wired
* - Focus moves to close button on open

* - Click outside closes
* - Click on content does NOT close (stopPropagation)
