validate-plugin.py imports jsonschema (Draft202012Validator) to check plugin.yaml against the vendored molecule-contracts schema, but the job only ran `pip install pyyaml -q`, so it aborted with `::error::jsonschema not installed` and CI / validate failed on every push/PR. Add jsonschema to the pip install line, matching the canonical molecule-ci validate-plugin.yml + templates/ci-plugin.yml (which already install it). Minimal one-line change; no gate weakened.
