ci: install jsonschema so validate-org-template.py can run
The vendored molecule-ci validate-org-template.py validates org.yaml against
the molecule-contracts JSON schema and imports `jsonschema`; the inlined ci.yml
port only installed pyyaml, so the required 'Org template validation' job failed
with `::error::jsonschema not installed`. This matches the canonical
validate-org-template.yml which already does `pip install pyyaml jsonschema -q`.
