Teknium 816e3e3774 test(feishu): cover new SDK event handler registrations ... Extends test_build_event_handler_registers_reaction_and_card_processors to assert that register_p2_im_chat_access_event_bot_p2p_chat_entered_v1 and register_p2_im_message_recalled_v1 are called when building the event handler, matching the production registrations.
