Implement an allowlisted Discord Gateway v10 bridge on the public Molecule channel API v1 contract. Persist resume and at-most-once delivery state, fail closed across token and provider boundaries, and keep all Core/runtime internals out of the plugin. Add hash-locked dependencies, hermetic Gateway/REST/UDS end-to-end coverage, SDK reverse-consumer validation, security/build gates, advisory meta-CI routing, a manual exact-commit canary release gate, and operator migration documentation.
