Issue #1196: golangci-lint errcheck flags bare resp.Body.Close() calls because Body.Close() can return a non-nil error (e.g. when the server sent fewer bytes than Content-Length). All occurrences fixed: defer resp.Body.Close() → defer func() { _ = resp.Body.Close() }() resp.Body.Close() → _ = resp.Body.Close() 12 files affected across all Go packages — channels, handlers, middleware, provisioner, artifacts, and cmd.
