devops-engineer 5835746e68 chore(sync): back-merge main into staging — manual bridge while Class D auto-sync plumbs (Task #165) ... main has 9 commits not on staging (including S-8 dev-mode fail-open fix and SSOT-route container check). staging has 27 commits not on main (in-flight features). 3-way merge. Per saved memory feedback_use_merge_commits_not_squash: merge, not squash.
