Molecule AI Core-FE 814c7cc460 test(canvas): add structural tests for TIER_CONFIG and COMM_TYPE_LABELS ... Both are data constants exported from design-tokens.ts — TIER_CONFIG maps tier levels 1-4 to label/color/border CSS classes, and COMM_TYPE_LABELS maps a2a_send/a2a_receive/task_update to display labels.
