Adds the OpenAI Codex CLI as a Molecule workspace runtime and lands the design docs that drove the runtime native-MCP push parity work across claude-code, hermes, openclaw, and codex. manifest.json: - Adds `codex` workspace_template entry pointing at the new Molecule-AI/molecule-ai-workspace-template-codex repo (initial commit landed there in parallel; 14 files / 1411 LOC).
