Tables: Slack has no table syntax. Converter now detects markdown tables and renders them as monospace code blocks with aligned columns. Dividers: replaced unicode em-dash (caused encoding artifacts) with plain ASCII dashes. Strikethrough: ~~text~~ converts to ~text~ (Slack native).
